this team really ran off the tracks about a month and a half ago...really love the openness that ian plays for....and of course another over fer them again...i lost count at what the record is now...they were just a $making machine this campaign....and now with the loss to wigan today they are surely looking to be headed back to the championship....aw well, was a nice run...we can always bet their overs next year in the championship...cheers...ps...here is city's starting line-up:joe hart, pablo zab, kolarov, lescott, vinny komp, barry, yaya, silva, adam johnson, and nutcase balo....so i will ask yet again....why did we buy dzeko?,,,i thought it was fer the future....and that seems imminent w/carlitos down and who knows if ever to return to city...still mixed emotions on the fascination with using barry and/or milner?...mancini is prolly playing fer pk's...unreal!!!

furthermore...what is sir alexs' problem with never starting chicarito?...really feel he is there best scorer..and yes i realize after rooney had his big mid season to-do he has come on like gangbusters since..he is young and has a knack fer the goal...absolutely thrilled he is not starting in lieu of berbatov...

Never starting Chicharito? He's started 20 games this season compared with Berbatov's 29. Not exactly a huge difference and 20 is FAR from never starting. Today is actually a surprise because Chicharito usually starts the bigger games--for example, both games against Chelsea in the CL.

well i am obviously not a utd fan...but it seems he always comes off the bench in the games i seem to catch...if yer stats r correct good on ya, my mistake....was just going on perception rather than statistics....my main thought is and still remains that the most potent offensive weapon i feel is chicarito..not berbatov or rooney...just one man's opinion...cheers

gl in final cocktails

as far as it being sad that blackpool relegate i don't agree. you'll remember even when they were in top 12 I said they would go down as you can't be the worst defensive team in EPL and stay up. the kicker for me was the 2-0 lead on United and they refused to actually PLAY defense, just try to play United offside. IMO they don't work very hard which is what u need on defense and the fact they will likely go the entire season without a single home clean sheet is comical. I enjoy watching them, which is more than i can say for wigan, so in that respect it is sad they will drop but they are fully deserving of championship football

as far as chicharito he didn't play much early in year but has started 20 and come off bench for another 17 in all competitions this year (berbatov 29/8). he's a very different player than Rooney, surely not more dangerous or talented, but a great goal poacher. as far as eddie munster...

Yesterday was the last time Berbatov will start in a meaningful match. Alex game him one last chance and he blew two easy goals in first half so don't expect him to start another match all season...

pathetic waste of 40M dollars no matter his 21 goals. he hadn't played against top teams all year but was given his chance yesterday and won't see the field again before the 70th minute

yeah, i don't disagree on yer blackpool points at all....i just enjoy cashing in on their overs week after week after week after week, u get the point...i admittedly rarely follow the championship until they get down to about a week to play in their season and take a look-see at who is coming back up..so i guess i will have to follow some champ soccer next year whenever the seasiders play...as 4 city..who knows what to expect in the final....after the first 25 mins of the match that utd dominated ...not in my wildest dreams did i think that city would come back the way they did and take control of the match and better yet win..berbatov is exactly who i always thought he was..that sitter he missed is unforgivable...that would of put a crimp on a city team doing nothing but playing greek football(parking the bus in front of the net) the first part of the match...thankfully the final isn't until mid may...cuz if this game was next week stoke would win...this was the creme de la creme to beat utd...as a matter of fact, gonna b very interested to see how they do with the week off and come back on next monday to play rovers.....cheers
